What every plan includes
Weed POS is one product, not a tiered feature ladder. Every dispensary on every plan gets the full operating system: a POS budtenders learn in one shift, automatic METRC / OMMA reporting on every sale, package-level inventory that always matches the state, customer loyalty and segmentation, deals and promotions, calendar for license renewals and lab tests, HR and cash drops, expense tracking, and the reports your accountant and OMMA need. Pricing scales with locations and volume — never with feature gating.
We quote based on transaction volume, location count, and the integrations you need (third-party kiosks, payment processors, delivery providers). Most Oklahoma dispensaries land in the Single Store or Multi-Store band; Enterprise pricing applies when you need custom integrations, SLA-backed uptime, or a dedicated implementation lead. There is no setup fee on Single Store and Multi-Store plans, and no contract beyond a standard monthly subscription.
Pricing questions
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can move from Single Store to Multi-Store the moment you open a second licensed location, and from Multi-Store to Enterprise when you need custom integrations or a dedicated implementation lead. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we will help you migrate roll-up reporting, loyalty data, and customer segments without losing history. There is no penalty for downgrading if a location closes or consolidates — billing simply adjusts on the next cycle.
- Is there a contract?
- No long-term contract on Single Store or Multi-Store plans — both are month-to-month with a standard 30-day notice for cancellation. Enterprise customers typically opt for an annual term in exchange for a discount and an SLA, but month-to-month is available there too. You own your data on every plan and can export sales, inventory, manifests, and customer records at any time before or after cancellation.
- What does implementation cost?
- Implementation is included on Single Store and Multi-Store plans. We handle OMMA credential setup, package tag pool import, customer record migration from your previous POS, and one full hardware test on a real Oklahoma sale, typically within 7 days from contract signing. Enterprise implementation is scoped per project — usually $2,500–$10,000 depending on integration scope, custom workflows, and the number of locations going live in parallel.
