Things dispensary owners ask
Does this integrate with payroll?
We export to most payroll tools, and CSV is always available. If your payroll provider is on the common list, the export drops in clean. If not, the CSV gives you everything your bookkeeper needs.
Can budtenders see other people's hours?
No. Each role sees only what they need. Budtenders see their own shifts and tips. Managers see the team. Owners see everything. Nothing leaks to the floor that shouldn't.
What if a punch is wrong?
Managers can edit a punch with a reason. Every change is logged with who changed it and why, so when payroll asks why a shift was adjusted, you have the answer right there.
How does tip pooling work?
Set the rules once: even split, weighted by hours, or your own custom split. We calculate cash and card tips for every shift automatically and show each budtender what they earned.
Can I see who's on the floor right now?
Yes. There's a live who's-clocked-in view. See who's on, who's on break, and who left early. It's the first thing most owners pull up when they walk in the door.
